In redesigning the platform, I proposed a shift to community-focused interactions but faced challenges during visual direction. Despite positive feedback on early wireframes, I struggled to convey new features effectively with the stakeholders. This led to communication gaps and iterative design processes. The experience taught me valuable lessons in managing client expectations under pressure. I honed my communication skills, particularly in explaining design concepts and refining information hierarchy.
