I learned new business guidelines specific to the MS Word platform and designed everything to meet these standards. By talking with stakeholders and asking the right questions, I understood their unique needs and how the system should work, even when their explanations were complex.
I led the project and managed a junior UX designer to design the whole system and plugin flow. The stakeholders were very happy with the results and said the plugin turned
out great.
